“I started my Fine and Country Southern Hampshire estate agency from my office in Havant Road, Drayton, back in 2009 just as the country was climbing out of the last recession,” explains Colin, who has been an estate agent in the wider Portsmouth area since 1985 meaning his experience spans across five decades.

When it comes to lettings it’s the Town and Country Southern team led by Amanda Burden that gets the gongs as it’s not an area Fine and Country really covers.
